Previous history

In 1969, Erwin Dorninger founded a hydraulics company, which was a long-standing sales partner of the Bosch Group.

He transferred this company to his two sons in the 1990s. In the course of the takeover of Mannesmann Rexroth by Bosch in the early 2000s, the company Bosch Rexroth Austria, in which the Dorninger family was a minority shareholder, was created by merging the aforementioned companies. In the mid-2000s, Bosch Rexroth took over the shares completely.

Recent history since 2008

Dorninger initially acquires a stake in Perfect Drive Solutions, changes its name to Dorninger Hytronics and focuses its business on the construction of hydraulic systems in addition to driving safety technology. Together with Karl Fischereder and Christian Schwingshandl, the business is expanded from around €500,000 to over €50 million within 10 years. Numerous innovations, such as servo drive technology, and a high quality standard make Dorninger Hytronics a reliable partner for mechanical engineering. Today, the Dorninger Tech Group holds 70% of the shares in Dorninger Hytronics.

In 2010, the Dorninger Tech Group acquires 100% of the shares in Hypos Muta, a Slovenian manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders. The site is further developed into a modern production and assembly plant for customer-specific cylinders of

the highest quality through extensive investment. Dorninger Hytronics doo in Muta has a high level of expertise in engineering and design. Sales are handled by Dorninger Hytronics Austria.

Also in 2010, the Dorninger Tech Group acquires a 43% stake in Rubble Master, a specialist in mobile recycling plants for construction waste with a focus on compact plants. The product range of impact crushers is gradually expanded to include larger crushing plants and sales are organized worldwide. Today, Rubble Master has a complete product range of impact crushers, jaw crushers and screens and is one of the leading companies for mobile crushing and screening plants in the recycling and natural stone sector. With the retirement of Gerald Hanisch from the operational business, the Dorninger Tech Group takes over the majority of Rubble Master and today holds 83% of the shares.
